Thunderhoof Clan

#

This was a story told last night by Mootonka to the Clan. Any and all our welcome.

I must sit, I am sorry clan. It was a long and late night, I am very weary so please, just let me speak and your questions will be answered at the end.

Dimmi and I were sitting at the pond last night under the tree, doing what Dimmi and I do at the pond, and we noticed something odd happening by the inn. There were a lot of dwarf sized creatures moving around, pacing back and forth or something. The Bluffwatchers seemed aware of it so Dim and I did not worry too much at first. But when there were like 12 or more of the dwarves all at once and then they were all gone at the same time it seemed too odd to be good. We walked into the Inn, intending to talk to Innkeeper Pala.

To our amazement there was a hole cut into the back of the Inn, just tall enough for a dwarf to pass through! We found Pala knocked out, bloodied and tied up in the corner, under the stairs! We knew we needed to rouse the Innkeeper Pala quickly so Dimmi, never one to waste, threw back her head and gulped her drink down before running for some pond water to fill her mug. Dim ran back and threw the pond water in Pala’s face. Pala started to come to and she uttered a few words we could understand. Baine….mead…storage...Baine…angry… We called to Bulrug, the stable master to come care for Pala as Dimmi and I looked at each other and ran upstairs to the area used to store all of Baines favorite things.

The kodo hides used as covers were scattered about. BAINES THINGS HAD BEEN STOLEN!!!!!! We searched the area and found these things: [Wiry Tail Hair], [Fur Clothing Scraps] and [Cracked Iron Staff]. Also, they foolishly left a corner of a section of a map. There areas on it were not familiar to Dim and I so we called out to our friends in the Blacktooth Grin for help.

The Grin have many that have traveled far and wide. They knew the area and pointed Dimmi and I in the right direction. It was a wild, rough and adventurous journey but we found some of Baines things! Dim and I stealthed about and listened to the chatter of the dwarves there.

Baines things that they took last night will not arrive at this location until next Sunday as it is all brought in by pack mule and it is deep in enemy territory. So much is there, great casks of mead, bundled bags of grains and oats, all with the seal of Baine on them. We need to go and recover these things for our leader!

Next week ( Feb.19, 2012) , after our clan meeting we will ask for the Blacktooth Grin to assist us. Ready yourselves clan! That is all, thank you for listening.

This is an RP event, I am not planning for PVP Mootonka Moonwatcher

The tauren, shucking clams from behind, stops to listen. He keeps tossing empty shells into a bucket to his side. He keeps shucking, but his teeth grit tighter until he places his knife and an unshucked clam on the barrel before him and saunters to a tent near the keep’s perimeter.

“The tauren keep few posessions,” he confides to Nimbus’ slumbering opaque image. “This is intolerable.”

The tauren continues in an infuriated Taura’he before shaking it off and returning to his clams, locking his rifle’s firing pin into place.

attached image Our mission: to assist the thunderhoof in collecting certain goods from the alliance. After we rode the lumber (sorry no screens, just use your imagination... kekeke) to the daggercap bay, we climbed our way to the top of the hills. Following the thunderhooves , we saw some merchants with packmules. Our orders were clear... attached image After we gotten the packmules and dealing with the merchants, we rode on the turtle ship to the tuskars camp for a well deserve rest.

If any thunder hooves read this. We, the blacktooth grin, would like to thank you for giving us a wonderful time! We hope for more in the near future!
