With the packing and move, I haven't been doing nearly as much writing as I would wish. This is a synopsis that I posted for Nim, but I thought it might be useful to put here as well... to keep everyone up to date.

I still hope to write up some of the stuff for Xi, and I'd love to see you guys add to the rp story!

-----------------------------

Xi had a vision of the green dragonflight descending upon Stonard and calling her to the Sunken Temple. The Mok'gun investigates the temple to find the green dragonflight within the temple totally corrupted by the old god Hakkar, whom the trolls have been once more attempting to strengthen and revive in the mortal plane. Evidence suggests this is a multi-pronged effort on the trolls part, with workings in the Sunken Temple and Zul'Gurub, and posssibly Zul'Aman as well. Mok'gun is gathering evidence before heading into these other troll strongholds.

Mysterious illnesses in Stonard are on the rise and not responding to traditional healing magics. Xibalbah suspects Hakkar is drawing power from all living beings within the swamp. Meanwhile, she is still being visited by visions from the green dragonflight and can feel the Emerald Dream calling to her. The Mok'gun investigate the nearest portal into the Emerald Dream in Duskwood only to discover the portal guardian is no where to be found and the portal itself is unguarded and completely vulnerable to attack. Xi purifies herself and enters the portal to find out more information.

During Xi's absence members of the Mok'gun have increasingly disturbing dreams and visions, inexplicably leading them to the barrow dens in Mt. Hyjal where they find the Ha'gosh's body, severely weakened and unconscious. It takes many attempts and ultimately each member's combined efforts to revive Xibalbah and get her back to Stonard. Refusing to rest, she is weak and shaky and nearly collapses at the fire circle that evening.

After several days' rest, Xi reports to the warchief. What she discovered while walking the Emerald Dream is even worse than she had feared. The dream itself is overcome by nightmare, which is erupting into the world of Azeroth in multiple fissures throughout the continents. The green dragonflight is beset from all sides, not just within the Sunken Temple, and the source of the nightmare seems to be a god far older than Hakkar, who seems to be but a minion of this god trapped within the bowels of Azeroth. Xibalbah gains information from the few remaining uncorrupted green dragons that they suspect this old god to be the source of both Deathwing's power and madness.

Xibalbah reports to the warchief that Stonard has become uninhabitable and that the Mok'gun must continue their research to be able to combat the spread of these mysterious illnesses. The clan must get as far away from the swamp as they can before the illness claims them all.

Our storyline will take us into Zul'Gurub, the Wailing Caverns and we'll discover the nightmare rift in the Southern Barrens. The Emerald Dream/ Nightmare will continue to figure large for the Mok'gun.
