In the darkness there is nothing, nothing but what was the final moments of ones life until their soul ascends.
He was fighting against Jayne of the Guardians of the Light, his mission to hold them up while the others interrogated the Baron responsible for the Swamp and to kill him. He knew he was going to die, but he decided how it was going to be. He felt her axe slice across his throat and his death knight blood spilling out. She laughed at him, took Nightfall and ran after the rest of the Grin.
He laid there knowing that he could do more and awaited his last breath, then he saw the goblin as she approached “Trix...” he said as he faded into darkness.
It replayed in the mind of his soul as he awaited to ascend, he knew his body had been moved to Stonard awaiting the proper ceremony.
What seemed to be forever, was only three long days when the Clan gathered to pay their respects to Thuugom. He knew it was time when the fog came in, surrounded his soul and began to lift it upwards.
As his soul departed the body, he saw the Clan gathered around him. He knew they would prevail without him and the fog took him further away.
The fog took him up and then there was a shuddering, he did not know if this was normal or out of the extraordinary. He stopped in mid air waiting to ascend further but nothing happened. It went dark, he thought this was it the place of eternity, where 50 virgins, food and drinks awaited him.
Then the back of his head began to hurt.
“Master, I believe he is all right. He is coming to.” A voice said.
“Very well, when Jin’pa awakens begin again.” the voice of the master said.
He opened his eyes and he saw a furry creature standing over him.
“Jin’pa you are awake, we thought we lost you. I didn’t mean to hit you that hard. Sit up and drink some. The Master wishes us to continue training.” The strange creature said.
Thuugom sat up and looked around. Taking a sip of some strange brew, he wondered if this was the place of ascension.
The strange creature put a hand out, Thuugom grabbed hold of the hand and stood up. “Jin’pa are you ready to begin?” He asked. Thuugom looked at him “What are you? And where am I?” he asked plainly.
The strange creature raised an eyebrow and then laughed “Jin’pa stop playing around, you know the Master does not like it when you do that!”
Thuugom not liking the strange creature, charged at him and threw a punch, but the strange creature blocked the punch with a swiftness. They both traded punches with each other, connecting and blocking, when Thuugom landed a hard punch across the face of the strange creature.
The strange creature backed up and looked at him “Jin’pa why did you hit me that hard we are in training?”
But Thuugom wasn't listening his rage was boiling inside him and he charged at the strange creature, when another strange creature jumped in front him “JIN’PA STOP!” he said.
Thuugom stopped and looked the creature who stepped in front of him, then charged at the this creature. Before he knew it, he was laid flat onto the ground “JIN’PA STOP IT! Control your anger, you should not fight angry.” In the distance, bells could be heard. “It is time for the evening meal, let’s go and Jin’pa come see me after evening meal.”
