((This is my little back story for my panda mage. Chupai. She loves foods and exploring))
On the mist shrouded isle of Pandaria lives the lovable Pandarians, a bear race that is masters of martial arts and with their ancestry rich with history and thriving with mystery. Many Pandaria’s didn’t leave their homelands until the mists recently parted. Now exploring the world with the taste of adventure and a belly full of new and wondrous new foods the Pandarians travel across the lands of the new world.
Chu pai has been longing for adventure since the days as a cub. She has trained on Pandaria as a lore walker for most of her adulthood years. Where people would use swords, daggers, arrows and bows Chu uses her natural talents as a lore scribe. Using a pen over a blade and her history as her armor she takes to the world seeking adventure.
Chu grew up in her family of silk weavers. Her father “Tao dai Pai” was the owner of the silk farm, her mother was “Sayo pai” the lead silk weaver and her little brother “ Gin’Long Pai”. Though the family has owned and raised many silk worms and produces majestic silk robes and garments Chu didn’t desire to become a fashion designer or a silk weaver like her parents wished. She wanted to explore, to see what lays beyond the mist and too see anything anywhere or anyone that lays beyond the mist.
When she was a cub she was adventurous and was a huge reason her parents have gray fur now. She would constantly venture into forests, ponds, fields, towns and even a few times into heavy misty clouds that floated around the island on early mornings. On time she went missing and almost gave her father a heart attack. She had ventured into the heavy mist one early morning and forgot her way home. Now, Pandarian mist has a certain mystical feeling too it, it’s not as easy to move or see through when your enter it, Hence why a lot of pandarians prefer a farming life over exploration. Chu had crawled all the way to a pond and dirtied her little red robes. Being a young cub she didn’t remember the way back home and the heavy mist clouded her vision of the farm. It was a while until one of the farm hands walked past the water pond to feed the fish that she was found. Her eyes watering her robes dirty and longing for her parents.
Another time was when she took a dare to walk into the jade forest on her own at the younger ages of 5. If it had not been for that Hozen oaf dancing on a tree branch mocking a wolf as he had stolen the wolfs dinner, she would have been lost and ended up boa food. The Hozen had offered her a trade, he wanted his name written on a piece of cloth so that he could learn how to write his name on items he wished to own. She wrote his name on a small piece of cloth and in exchange he told her the way out of the forest. As the sun almost set on another near fatal heart attack on her father she returned home. To find her mother furious and punished her with a wooden spoon for almost making her father pass on, again.
Now Chu helps the Blacktooth grin as they enter Pandaria. Explaining her people’s culture and ways of life to all guild member that wish to learn. She loves to help the guildies with their tasks, even many of times help they in fights. Though she doesn’t wish for war she wishes for freedom. Such as the ways of the horde, fighting for your rights.
Chu only joined the guild due to guidance of a small and little hyper active goblin with an odd sugary talent. Pansu told Chu about the Grin and what it means to be part of the Blacktooth grin. Then she gave Chu a “Cuppy cake”. Chu very much enjoyed this “cup of cake”. She knew at that moment that her little green friend would be one of her new best friends in this new land. Now, Chu sets off into the new world. Exploring all its history and finding all its new forms of food. She will make a world map one day. One that will show everyone around the world!
(( I love my chubby little panda. She's so cute! <3 ))
