December 15th- Sythegar Orthunk Snaggletooth assembled an army of the Dreadhorde, containing the Blacktooth Grin Clan, The Thunderhoof Clan, the Dark Clan of Fenris, and a small raiding party from the Greenskinz, onto the King's Chambers in Stormwind. The Dreadhorde slew the King of Stormwind while also destroying large numbers of Alliance heroes.

The army advanced to the Deeprun Tram, where Orthunk relieved himself of command to deal with his grievous battle wounds. In the proceeding hour, the force became split between the stations of Stormwind and Ironforge, with a splinter contingent advancing into the Commons of Ironforge and claiming the gold from the Dwarven bank. As the force, under Xandru's command, finally re-formed in the Ironforge station, Orthunk leapt off the tram and onto the tracks in order to defeat the mighty gnomish wizard Pipwiz, who was the principle enemy to the Dreadhorde. He defeated the gnome, placed a banner of the Grin, and saluted his stalwart foe. The warlock Dirge summoned Orthunk to Ironforge and the army marched, once again, upon a King.

Muradin was slain easily. The army exited the front gates of Ironforge and a group of battle-mages teleported the army to Orgrimmar. Though the soldiers were weary and fewer in number, the leaders of the Grin knew this was no time to stop. They flew into the Temple in Darnassus and engaged in combat against the dangerous Tyrande Whisperwind, whose prowess in arcane magic was deadly enough to nearly kill the entire force on several occasions.

Tyrande was defeated. The Dreadhorde commandeered the boat in Rutheran village that sailed to Bloodmyst Isle, where they easily stormed the undefended gates of the Exodar.

As they struggled to defeat the great Prophet Velen, midnight struck, and marked this final battle as the longest of the four. Though Velen's guard was weak compared to the dangerous Night Elves, the battle took so long and was so tedious that it was separately named "The Longest Midnight."

This marks the conclusion of the Toppling Kings campaign, organized and led by Sythegar Orthunk Snaggletooth. The campaign began three weeks after the shores of Pandaria were discovered by the Alliance and the Horde, when Orthunk led a small force of the Blacktooth Grin into the King's chamber in Ironforge and defeated Muradin, against terrifying odds. The campaign knew only one defeat, in Stormwind, only a week prior to the destruction of all Alliance leaders.
